I need to update my home address/phone information. Where can I update my information?
You can update your information in webforms at: https://primus.nss.udel.edu/webforms/embtform?wf_id=905&wf_ty=blank. Be sure to state in the comments block what changes you are making. i.e., change of address, new degree, etc.
Where can I find the Current Graduate Program Policy Statement (Blue Book)?

What if the class I will be an instructor for in the winter or summer has less than 10 students enrolled?
Your stipend will be pro-rated according to the number of students enrolled.
How may I check my pays?

Where do I find Graduate Student forms., e.g., Advance Degree Form, Recommendation for Candidacy., etc?

Where can I make copies and do I need an access code?
Please see Susan Dziombak in Rm. 501 Ewing for a copier code number. Our copier is in Room 337. For large jobs (over 100 pgs.), students should be referred to University Print Services.
Can I register my classes?
Current Students register their courses at WebReg.
For certain courses such as Research, Doctoral, Reading and Sustaining courses, you will need to be registered by Debbie See.
Do I need approval for Travel?
Yes. All Grad Student travel must be approved well prior to leaving. Please see Debbie See for a travel form and information on availability of travel support.
What is Concur and where can I access it?
Concur is a procurement site which lists any expenses you have incurred on your UD travel card. You will have to sign off on these changes at this site.
What is the Professional Development Travel Award?
The Professional Development Travel Award is a special travel award given by the Office of Professional and Graduate Education.
