My name is Donald Lilley Jr., I am the Manager of Information Systems and Technology for Visit Baltimore. Visit Baltimore is a not-for-profit organization in downtown Baltimore city that is geared towards promoting the city of Baltimore in hopes to increase the economic impact and overall tourism for the region.
However, outside of my day job I have another income stream performing Football outcome forecasting. Over the past 5 years I have created an algorithm and forecast calculator through excel to assist in helping me determine the outcomes for NFL football games. My workload has increased for this project and I am looking to outsource my data mining each week prior to the games on Sunday.
